Perdomo Legacy Adds Three New Vitolas in Eleven Count Samplers

Perdomo is expanding its Legacy brand with three additional vitolas and introducing eleven count samplers that showcase the full range. The new sizes are a Belicoso Fino measuring 5 x 54, a Gran Corona at 6 x 48, and a Short Robusto at 4 1/4 x 54. These join the existing portfolio in fresh samplers called the Perdomo Legacy Collection, available in three blends: Connecticut with an Ecuador Connecticut seed wrapper, Maduro with a Nicaraguan Maduro wrapper, and Nicaraguan Sun Grown using a Nicaraguan shade grown Cuban seed Cameroon seed hybrid wrapper.

These join the existing lineup in the new Perdomo Legacy Collection samplers, available in three blends: one with an Ecuadorian Connecticut seed wrapper, one with a Nicaraguan Maduro wrapper, and one with a Nicaraguan shade grown hybrid wrapper that combines Cuban seed and Cameroon seed tobaccos.

Each sampler contains:

  • 1 Perdomo Legacy Short Robusto (4 1/4 x 54)

  • 1 Perdomo Legacy Belicoso Fino (5 x 54)

  • 2 Perdomo Legacy Robusto (5 x 54)

  • 1 Perdomo Legacy Epicure (6 x 54)

  • 1 Perdomo Legacy Father and Son (6 x 48/60/52)

  • 1 Perdomo Legacy Gordo (6 x 60)

  • 1 Perdomo Legacy Gran Corona (6 x 48)

  • 2 Perdomo Legacy Gran Belicoso (6 x 60)

  • 1 Perdomo Legacy Churchill (7 x 54)

Suggested retail price for every sampler is $150, regardless of blend. The tobacco foundation includes a hybrid seed developed about ten years ago and aged for an extended period after being grown in Estelí, Nicaragua. Nicholas Perdomo III created the original Legacy line to mark his father Nicholas Perdomo Jr.’s sixtieth birthday, and the three newly added sizes had been evaluated for the initial release but were held back when the brand debuted with five vitolas.

This is exciting news for Perdomo fans, and anyone who has wanted to try a Perdomo cigar in a smaller size. Also, if you have not tried their new Gran Figurado vitola, its a wonderful experience!

The samplers are scheduled to ship in early November, timed ahead of the holiday season. As reported by Halfwheel.
