Gurkha Announces TAA 2026 Exclusive for November Release

Gurkha has unveiled its TAA 2026 exclusive for members of the Tobacconists’ Association of America. The cigar is a six and a half by fifty four toro extra with a dark habano wrapper from an undisclosed country, a Nicaraguan binder and filler, and production in Nicaragua at an unidentified factory. Gurkha describes it as medium bodied but full flavored.

Each cigar has a manufacturer suggested retail price of thirteen dollars and ships in ten count boxes that double as humidors with included humidifiers. Shipping is expected in early November, with production limited to seven thousand cigars.

The Tobacconists’ Association of America consists of roughly eighty retailers and about forty manufacturers. It holds an annual gathering with group buying and a trade show. Participants in the TAA Exclusive Series Program contribute a minimum of fifty cents per cigar to the organization. The 2026 event runs October 25-29 at Casa de Campo in the Dominican Republic. Kristoff, Gurkha, and Villiger Cigars North America have announced their 2026 TAA exclusives, according to Halfwheel.
