Concealed Carry Second Edition Begins with Fidel Release

Concealed Carry has launched the Second Edition of its limited series, also known as Concealed Carry II: The Cuban Embargo. The first release in this new six part collection is named Fidel, a five and a half by fifty four robusto. As with previous Concealed Carry releases, the blend remains entirely undisclosed, and the factory of production has not been identified.

Production is limited to four hundred twenty five boxes of twelve cigars. Pricing is set at ten dollars per cigar and one hundred twenty dollars per box. The cigars began shipping to retailers last week.

Each of the six installments will examine a figure, event, or archival theme connected to the Cuban Embargo era. Omar de Frias, creator of Concealed Carry, stated in a press release, “Concealed Carry was created to remove preconceptions and let the tobacco tell a story of intrigue and craftsmanship.” He added, “With ‘The Cuban Embargo’, we are pulling back the curtain on a historical moment that forever reshaped our industry. ‘Fidel’ is just the beginning of a six part journey that will take collectors deep into the secret history of 1962,” according to Halfwheel.
