The Alec Bradley Filthy Ghooligan is a Halloween themed limited release that leans all the way into the season. Rolled at Plasencia Cigars in Honduras, this barber pole cigar pairs a USA Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper with an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper over an Indonesian binder. The filler pulls from the Dominican Republic, Jalapa, Estelí, and Condega, a mischievous seasonal addition to the Alec Bradley lineup.

Dark, minor-key jazz for the Alec Bradley Filthy Ghooligan. Angular Monk cuts, restless bebop, and shadowed hard bop that match the Halloween themed limited release rolled at Plasencia in Honduras. A mischievous seasonal soundtrack for the barber pole blend.
Review
First Third
Earthy leather notes with a very slight chocolate or coffee cream note on the light. Earthy notes are coming through with a sweeter chocolate. Now some pepper is coming out on the finish. Some cedar notes are coming through, along with some more spices, and I’m getting a hint of cream on the finish with some leather and pepper. Getting to the end of the first third, cedar and deeper chocolate notes are coming out every once in a while. A small leather note is coming out as well. I imagine this combination of flavors is due to the barber pole wrapper.
Second Third
More spice notes in the second third, and the leather has amped up a little since the first third. Some palpable cream notes are coming out on the finish, with some pepper notes as well. The earthy leather notes continue to be stronger in the second third, with slight cream notes and pepper on the finish. A minerally note is starting to come out with the earthy leather notes from before, with cream and more spice on the finish. Getting near the end of the second third, the leather has backed down some, and a nutty note is coming out with the creamy note on the finish.
Final Third
Cinnamon and spices are coming out with the chocolate and cream in the final third, and pepper has picked up on the retrohale. Earth and mineral notes are coming out stronger in the final third, with pepper and leather on the finish. Earthy leather notes continue to come out stronger nearing the end of the final third, with pepper and spices on the finish. A couple of burn issues in the beginning and end of the cigar, but the middle was a perfect burn line, with a slightly firm draw but lots of smoke.
